I am Vincent Crisanti, a proud member of the Trucking Solutions Group. I have been involved in the trucking industry for nearly 20 years. I am an owner operator with my own operating authority. My family and I live out in Northeast Kansas on our hobby farm.
I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and traveling. I've traveled through about 30 different countries on 3 different continents. Before children, I hunted, fished and traveled in any free time that I had. Now that we have children, I enjoy spending time with them outside. We spend time together tending our hobby farm, gardening, fishing and riding the family horse.
In life, I have always tried to do my best to be the best. I have won awards and harvested trophies along the way. One of the first times I remember recognition was winning an essay contest to represent my 5th grade class to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, DC. I remember being very proud to win the contest. My father and grandfathers served in the military so I have a great respect for those that protect our freedoms. I also remember the moment when I approached the stoic monument guarded by soldiers. This imprinted a sense of servant leadership on me. I realized that winning the contest was not an award for me. I was given the privilege of honoring others.

As I travel through life I see more opportunities for servant leadership. The Trucking Solutions Group is a great example. I have a strong desire to promote safety and protect drivers' rights. This has been ingrained in me through my experiences in the transportation industry.
Safety is always first! I have lived through 2 major accidents. The first accident was while driving a truck. I was driving with a good friend of mine when we were involved in an accident that was caused by a drunk driver. Ryan was my passenger. Both Ryan and the drunk driver were airlifted from the scene. The drunk driver was convicted. Ryan was able to enjoy 7 years of life after the accident. The second accident was while driving with my family in our minivan. We were rear ended by a tractor trailer traveling at 65 mph. Our vehicle was totaled. So, I have seen accidents from many angles.

When people ask me how I am doing, I like using the response that is now recognized by Dave Ramsey listeners, "Better than I deserve." I wish people knew this is meant for more than just your financial health.
I strongly believe that the majority of accidents are preventable, if not all. I also strongly believe that all bad attitudes are preventable. You are called to greatness. You must treat every day like the gift that it is. It is your responsibility to travel though life with an intention and purpose.

I hope that I can use my experiences to benefit you. But you need to do your best to be your best. I don't judge my life by what I do in a truck. I judge my life by what I do out of my truck. I truly enjoy every day of driving. Some days are good days and some days are great days. I enjoy being successful. I hope you do also!
